We wish you a very warm welcome to our St Oswald’s family! Our website will give you an insight into the values and vision that we uphold – a place where every child and adult is valued and respected.

St Oswald's Church of England (CE) Primary School is a one-form entry school which also provides wrap around care during term time. The Nursery, newly refurbished in August 2020, offers both part-time and full-time provision for children aged two years and above.

As part of the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust (DoWMAT) we share close links with other schools in the area and mutually benefit from the expertise within this group. Our school has a distinctive Christian ethos which is ‘confidently articulated by all stakeholders and permeates all areas of school life demonstrating a caring and nurturing community.’ (SIAMS Inspection, 2017)

Staff, parents, pupils and governors have a shared set of core values rooted in John 10:10, ‘I came so that they may have life and life to its fullest’, and this underpins everything we do and is at the heart of who we are.

Our teaching staff is committed to providing a safe and stimulating environment that encourages the children to become confident, self-disciplined and motivated learners; they will grow to become responsible, reflective and thoughtful citizens who care about their local community and the wider world.
