The successful candidate must have a creative and inspirational approach to teaching and learning so that they can drive the curriculum forward and, in doing so, motivate both children and adults to do the same. They must consistently demonstrate high expectations and a willingness to adapt and take a role in new initiatives as they arise. A high level of competency in all areas of ICT is essential, as is a good sense of humour. The candidate must have a positive approach, be determined and resilient, and be open and approachable to all stakeholders in our community.
