The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU).

 

St Oswald's CE Primary School, part of The Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust (DOWMAT), regards the protection of personal data relating to children, parents / cares and staff as a very important matter.

 

In view of the new regulations, we have updated our Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notices. The Pupil Privacy notice outlines the pupil information that we collect, hold and share, including the lawful basis about how we use this information.
